Account Eligibility and Registration

You may register with QQTurbo only if you are at least 21 years old, have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and are not prohibited from gambling by applicable law, court order, self-exclusion arrangement, or another binding restriction. Registration by a minor is strictly forbidden.

You must submit accurate personal information, including your name, date of birth, contact details, and any information reasonably required for verification. QQTurbo may request identity, address, source-of-funds, or payment ownership documents before activating features or processing a withdrawal. Documents must be genuine, current, and unaltered.

Only one QQTurbo account is permitted per person. Duplicate, shared, transferred, purchased, or fictitious accounts may be suspended or closed. Funds connected to fraud, identity misuse, prohibited collusion, or deliberate circumvention of account limits may be withheld while an investigation is completed.

Account Security and User Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your QQTurbo username, password, verification codes, and registered devices. You must not permit another person to access your account, place bets on your behalf, or use your payment credentials.

Activity completed through valid account credentials may be treated as authorised unless QQTurbo has been notified of suspected compromise. If your device is lost, your password is exposed, or unusual activity appears, you must stop using the account and contact support through the information displayed on the platform.

QQTurbo may temporarily restrict access where security checks, identity verification, payment review, or suspected unauthorised activity requires investigation. Such restrictions are protective measures and do not imply that any allegation has been proven.

Deposits, Currency, and Payment Methods

QQTurbo may support deposits through Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, cards, bank transfers, USDT, BTC, ETH, and other approved channels. Availability, minimum amounts, transaction limits, and processing times may differ by method and account status.

MYR is used for Malaysian Ringgit balances where offered. Currency conversion may apply when a payment method or digital asset uses another denomination. You are responsible for network charges, bank fees, card charges, or conversion costs imposed by third parties.

Deposits must be made for genuine entertainment and betting activity. QQTurbo is not a bank, money-transfer service, crypto exchange, or storage wallet. Depositing solely to move funds between payment methods is prohibited. We may require reasonable wagering before a deposited balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.

Withdrawals and Verification

QQTurbo may return funds through the original deposit route where practical and may divide a withdrawal across previously used methods.

Displayed processing times are estimates rather than guarantees. E-wallet or DuitNow requests may be completed quickly after approval, while FPX, bank wire, card, and crypto requests may require additional processing. Delays can occur due to verification, Malaysian banking hours, payment-provider maintenance, blockchain congestion, or incomplete information.

QQTurbo may request further evidence before releasing funds, particularly where payment ownership, identity, account activity, or source of funds requires clarification. Players must not reverse a valid deposit, initiate an improper chargeback, or provide misleading information to a bank or payment provider.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Loyalty Rewards

Each QQTurbo promotion is governed by these terms and any promotion-specific rules. Those rules may include a minimum deposit, wagering requirement, game contribution rate, maximum bet, expiry period, excluded market, maximum cash-out, or player eligibility condition.

A wagering requirement such as 10x means that the relevant bonus amount must be wagered ten times before qualifying winnings may be withdrawn. Slots may contribute differently from Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, live casino games, sports bets, or lottery-style products. Players should review the applicable terms before accepting any offer.

QQTurbo may refuse or remove a bonus where a player creates duplicate accounts, coordinates bets, exploits pricing errors, uses low-risk betting patterns solely to clear wagering, or otherwise abuses a promotion. Promotional rewards are not guaranteed profit and should never be treated as income.

Game Rules, Sports Betting, and Settlement

Casino outcomes are determined under the rules displayed for the relevant game. Sports bets are settled according to the accepted selection, market rules, official result, and any applicable void, postponement, abandonment, dead-heat, or overtime provisions.

For Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, live football, and other events, the odds shown when a bet is accepted generally govern settlement. A requested bet is not valid merely because it was submitted; it becomes valid only after the QQTurbo system records acceptance and deducts the stake.

Obvious errors may include materially incorrect odds, impossible market combinations, incorrect participant details, or settlement mistakes. QQTurbo may correct a genuine technical or pricing error by voiding the affected transaction or settling it at the correct terms that would reasonably have applied.

Prohibited Conduct and Fair Play

You must use QQTurbo honestly and solely for personal entertainment. The following activities are prohibited:

• Using false identities, stolen funds, altered documents, or payment methods belonging to another person;
• Operating duplicate accounts or assisting another player to bypass verification, limits, or exclusion controls;
• Collusion, chip dumping, coordinated betting, match manipulation, or misuse of confidential event information;
• Using automated scripts, bots, scraping tools, malicious software, or technical methods intended to interfere with QQTurbo;
• Exploiting obvious errors, delayed data feeds, software faults, bonus loopholes, or incorrect settlements;
• Threatening staff, submitting fraudulent disputes, or attempting to use QQTurbo for unlawful financial activity.

QQTurbo may suspend access, void affected bets, remove improperly obtained rewards, restrict payment functions, or close an account where reasonable evidence indicates prohibited conduct. Any action taken will reflect the circumstances and applicable compliance obligations.

Responsible Gambling and Account Controls

QQTurbo provides entertainment for eligible adults aged 21 and above. You are responsible for setting a budget that does not affect rent, food, education, family commitments, debt payments, or other essential expenses. Gambling must not be used to solve financial problems or recover previous losses.

Available controls may include deposit limits, wagering limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Service Availability and Liability

QQTurbo aims to provide reliable access but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, network failures, third-party outages, device issues, banking interruptions, cyber incidents, or events outside reasonable control may affect access and processing.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, QQTurbo is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the platform, inability to access services, reliance on non-guaranteed processing estimates, or a player's failure to protect account credentials.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Players remain responsible for their betting decisions, device security, tax obligations, legal compliance, and losses arising from validly accepted wagers.

Suspension, Closure, and Remaining Balances

You may request account closure subject to the completion of pending bets, verification checks, and legitimate balance settlement. QQTurbo may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms, security concerns, responsible gambling protection, legal obligations, prolonged inactivity, or business reasons.

Where an account is closed without wrongdoing, an eligible remaining balance will normally be returned after required checks. Where funds are disputed or linked to prohibited conduct, QQTurbo may retain the relevant amount while an investigation, payment dispute, or legal process remains active.

Amendments, Severability, and Contact

QQTurbo may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect legal requirements, security needs, payment changes, product updates, or operational developments. Material changes may be communicated through the platform. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If any clause is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will continue in effect. A failure by QQTurbo to enforce a provision immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later.
